Former Keystone Heights Mayor Tony Brown Backs Kat Cammack in FL-03
Brown joins fellow mayors from across the District in placing their support behind Kat Cammack's campaign

Gainesville, FL - Building on a consistent and steady momentum of local and national endorsements, Kat Cammack, the Constitutional conservative candidate for Congress in FL-03, has landed an top endorsement from former Keystone Heights Mayor Tony Brown.
Hon. Tony Brown is currently serving the Keystone Heights community as a city councilmember and is a local small business owner.
Hon. Tony Brown gave the following statement:
“Kat Cammack has always been an advocate for the issues that face small towns and cities in FL-03. I’m proud to support Kat because I know that she’ll represent the values of our district’s rural communities, such as Keystone Heights, by standing strong on our principles, bringing better rural broadband to our area, and supporting local agriculture.
Cammack gave the following statement in response to the endorsement:
"I am honored to receive the support of former Mayor and current City Councilman, Tony Brown in this race. I have always appreciated how strong of an advocate Tony has been for our small businesses, farmers, and our first responders. He is a house-hold name in Keystone Heights, and has worked tirelessly to devote himself to the community. During his time as Mayor, I was able to work closely with him to focus on the growth of the Keystone Heights community and I look forward to being an advocate alongside him if I am given the privilege of representing FL-03 in Washington."
In addition to several national endorsements and coalitions released by the campaign since Cammack announced her candidacy, she has been endorsed by a number of current and former District-area current and former mayors, including Mayor Jordan Marlowe of Newberry, Mayor Gib Coerper of Alachua, Mayor Gene Melvin of Brooker and Mayor Brett Peterson of Crescent City.
