Kat Cammack Endorsed by NRA

Gainesville, FL - Kat Cammack, Republican Nominee for Congress in Florida's Third Congressional District, is announcing the National Rifle Association-Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) has endorsed her campaign with an Aq rating.

The NRA Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) is the NRA's political action committee. The NRA-PVF ranks political candidates based on voting records, public statements and their responses to an NRA-PVF questionnaire. The NRA relies on a very simple premise: when provided with the facts, the nation's elected officials will recognize that "gun control" schemes are an infringement on the Second Amendment and a proven failure in fighting crime.

Kat Cammack gave the following statement:

"This endorsement from the NRA means a great deal to me.

"I strongly believe our right to carry shall not be infringed. As a concealed carry permit holder and wife to a first responder, I am adamant about protecting the Second Amendment, as one of the most basic American rights. As a board member of the Alachua County Friends of the NRA, I have put my passion for protecting gun rights into action. When I was serving as a Deputy Chief of Staff within the District, I was proud to fight to protect our gun rights on Capitol Hill. I look forward to defending guns against any attempt by the Left to take them away."

Kat Cammack is a small business owner, a proud wife to a first responder, an alumna of the United States Naval War College, and the longtime former Deputy Chief of Staff to the District (R-FL). Kat has received national endorsements from President Donald J. Trumpand Senator Rand Paul (R-KY). She has also secured the support of the local community, with leaders including State Senator Keith Perry, State Representative Bobby Payne, and Senator Dennis Baxley.
